Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
- Products returned without prior authorisation may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom, special-order, or non-stock items are non-returnable unless faulty or supplied in error.
How to Request a Return

Include the following information:
- Your order number or invoice reference
- Product details (SKU or part number)
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for the return process.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
- Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to authorised returns that are not the result of our error.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a prompt replacement or issue a credit note, subject to stock availability.
Refunds
- Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
- Alternatively, a credit note can be issued for use against future purchases.

- This policy applies to business customers only and does not affect your statutory rights.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
